The Avenger was originally built in 1970 by Ron Jones, Sr.
 
 
 

Moonshine Baby was built originally in 1960 using Ted Jones 280 class blueprints...it was 'stretched 3 feet' so she could run in the 7 Litre class.

Motor in Avenger is a 1966 Chevy II (Nova) 153 CID.
Hilborn constant flow fuel injection running methanol.
It's a work of art seeing how the headers 'wrap around' the injectors.
