If you all remenber, I blew up my brand new Alfa Romeo engine on the Loire River in France 2 months ago. This was my first "official" time I "raced" my hydro at an sanctioned regatta. This was much more difficult than the test runs I have taken to date. Everyone that is running is trying to keep the speeds up for putting on a great show. My new engine ran very good, but this time I was "stopped" by a big chunk of floating wood that created a very large hole on the bottom of the boat. The boat sank in 30 seconds, and laid deep in the river. We got it out and now I need to repair that part of the hydro. My nickname "unlucky" continues to hold true!!
