The boat and trailer's home, living in the blackberries. I've seen worse for restoration.
Ron Jones, Sr. states that it was originally built as a drag
boat for someone in CA in 1977 (don't know if it ever saw water with one).
It could have been built to possibly promote Panther
Jet out-drive company. I have the drawing.
